What you'll learn each week...

In your first week you'll learn a tool to declutter your busy mind. We'll be diving into goal setting, creating solid foundations for wellbeing and reflecting on boundaries. We're also going to put a new lens on how you view stress and learn exactly how to build new habits and, more importantly, why you fall back into old ways.

Week One

This week we dive into an interactive tool to review the balance of stress, motivation and relaxation in your life and set some goals here. Then, we go all-in on your inner-critic and work on unpacking how you see yourself in all aspects of your life. Next we shine the light on self-sabotage before moving into some powerful inner-child healing work.

Week two

week three

This week we are tackling anxiety and worry. We're going to be learning all about our body and brains responses, take a look at how to manage worries and learn all about core limiting beliefs and unhelpful thinking styles. Then, we have a powerful exercise to reflect on the healthy vs unhealthy coping strategies in your life right now - trust me, this one is a game changer.

Week four

You've probably struggled with cruddy thoughts that drag you down; this week we're tackling these and learning 2 different approaches in managing them. We also challenge our comfort zones and work on perfectionism. Then, you'll discover a powerful technique for letting go of regrets, tricky emotions, resentments and difficult memories.

Week five

We're bringing the fun this week as you learn how to implement fun and self-care in your life. Then we're going to tackle your procrastination and set you up with a great tool to help you get stuff done! Then, we're layering on the body love and gratitude.

week six

In our final week we lift the veil on comparison; a trap so many of us find ourselves in. Then we're working through self-sabotage; why we do it and how to stop it. Next we're going to work on a values exercise and some more tools to help you manage worry.

FAQs

Q: What happens if I can't make one or all of the live sessions?

A: No problem! All of the sessions are recorded and you are sent a link for the replay right after each live. You can watch or re-watch the video at a time that suits you.

Q: I'm new to personal development work; will I be okay?

A: Yes absolutely! This programme caters to everyone, at every level of your journey.

Q: What days/times are the meetings?

A: We meet Sundays at 9:30am NZ time. This is usually Saturday afternoon or evening if you are in America or the UK - pop the NZ time into a time zone converter to see what time it falls for you.

Q: Can I join from anywhere in the world?

A: Yes! Absolutely. We have people from Australia to Poland, NZ to America, Ireland to Canada in every group.

Q: Do I have to share in the group?

A: It's up to you how much/if you share in the wider group. My experience with group work as a counsellor is that, although it may feel a little scary at first, usually you will get an immense amount out of sharing yourself and listening to others. Connecting with others in the group is a powerful, validating and affirming experience where we empower each other. 

It's also okay if you want to sit back and soak things up without talking.

Q: Do you have a payment plan?

A: Yes - My website offers After Pay

Q: Do I get 1:1 support?

A: Yes and no - You are more than welcome to email me any time throughout the programme, I respond with individual advice where appropriate otherwise I will address your questions in the live group in the following weeks session for the benefit of the wider group. I can do this anonymously.

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: We meet for between 1 hour and 1 hour 20 (roughly) each week.

Q: What is the investment?

My mission in my work with Journey to Wellness is to make mental health tools and resources accessible and digestible. You'll find the materials in this programme easy to understand while being potentially life-changing.

Most coaching programmes are much, much more expensive; but I'm setting the price point low here; not because the content isn't of value (it's incredible stuff) but because when I started this business I vowed to bring the often inaccessible and expensive tools from the therapy room to everyday people in a way that most of us can afford.
