HOW I WORK
We can work together online via zoom, or in-person if you are in the Nelson region of NZ.
My coaching style is a mixture of equal parts mindful acceptance, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, somatic based practices and narrative work with large lashings of humour, compassion and straight-to-the-point talk!

A: Yes absolutely! Coaching caters to everyone, at every level of your journey.
Q: What days/times are the meetings?
A: When you click 'Book' you will be taken to my calendar and can check out available times.
Q: Can I join from anywhere in the world?
A: Yes! Absolutely.
Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: Coaching sessions are paid in full before each session. If after a session or 2 you know you would like to work together for longer we can set up a package plan.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: We meet for roughly 1 hour
Q: What is the investment?
A: $200 NZD per session
