How To's & FAQs
You can absolutely switch from tier 1 to tier 2 - or move to a longer plan (to get those discounts!) 🎉
To change over:
Head to www.journeytowellness.online/joinmembership and sign up for the tier 2 or extended plan option you want (3, 6 or 12 monthly)
Once you’ve singed up for that; head to the drop down arrow by your name and go to ‘my membership’
From there, select your current/original plan and cancel it
If there is a double up and you’ve only recently paid for your last plan payment, just let me know and I will process a refund for you for the difference/double up
That’s it!
YAY - enjoy - and let me know if you have any issues along the way 💕
Hi lovely!
To register for a class:
Make sure you are logged in to your membership (i.e it says “hi your name” at the top right of the page/menu)
Go into the event and click ‘1’ ticket
It should then go to $0 (as it will recognise you are a member) and you can go ahead to checkout
With Tier 1 memberships you get the masterclass/special series that are on + the Release class
With Tier 2 you also get the coaching and the Nourish (so if you’re on tier 1 and try to register for these, they will not discount to $0)
Hope this helps!
Enjoy the events :)

Hey there lovely!
To access courses you can simply click the drop down arrow by your name when you’re logged in and click “courses” 🙂
Click “start course” on the one you want.
Next, at the bottom of the next screen, it should say “included in your plan” and you can click “enrol now”.
OR
You can click the “members zone” tab (or find it in the menu on mobile) then head into the “courses” button
Easy peasy ♥️ I've also popped a video walk-through below
I hope you so love diving in to all the goodies!
Remember you can also use the hub for any questions or guidance along your journey. So glad you’re here ✨
Hey lovely,
The most likely reason this is happening is because you have already RSVPd for this class.
Because you are already on the guest list, the system thinks you are trying to buy a second ticket and therefore is trying to charge you.
You should have the event ticket and confirmation in your emails - but if not, you should get a reminder email before the event with the zoom link to attend.
If you are sure you haven't RSVPd it might be that you have a tier one membership and are trying to sign up for a tier 2 class (like the Nourish or coaching calls). You can upgrade your membership to access those.
Still having trouble? Post on the hub and i'll help!

Hey lovely
You can download the Spaces app and access Journey to Wellness and your membership content there :)
Here is the link: https://www.mobileapp.app/to/YsUT9kx?ref=cl
Just to let you know though, that the library pages in membership don’t translate to the app. There is a video section in the app that does show all the videos that are in the libraries but the audio meditations and the resources downloads are not in the app. These are all In the full library pages on the website.
The other thing members often do is create shortcuts to the library (or pages they visit often, like the hub, a specific library page etc) so that there are wee icons on their phone Home Screen that link direct.
Instructions to do this:
iPhone or iPad
Open Safari. Other browsers, such as Chrome, won't work for this.
Navigate to the website you want to save to your home screen by entering the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. Make sure you visit the exact page you want to open through the shortcut. Tap "Go."
Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.
In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen. Tap this. The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear.
Choose a name for the website shortcut on your home screen. You'll see the link so you can confirm it, as well as the site's favicon that will appear as the "app" icon on your home screen. Click Add when you're done. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone's or iPad's home screen.
Now just tap the new "app" or shortcut on your home screen, and it will open the website in its own navigation window, independent of what you have open in Safari.
Note: If you ever decide you want to remove the website shortcut, you can delete it just like you would any other app on your phone.
Android
Open Chrome.
Navigate to the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
Choose a name for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
I hope this helps!
