Burnout Rewire

A 3 session neuroscience informed course led by the wonderful Dr Francesca Young-Kaufman for anyone who wants to recover from or prevent burnout: Part One: Burnout Recovery Part Two: Burnout Repair Part Three: Burnout Resource 🚨 Burnout is not just exhaustion—it’s a full-body shutdown. For so many of us, burnout has become the norm—pushing through exhaustion, running on fumes, and wearing overwork like a badge of honour. But the truth? Burnout is not just about being tired... 💥 It’s your brain struggling to function under chronic stress. 💥 It’s your nervous system staying locked in fight, flight, or freeze. 💥 It’s the quiet numbness that creeps in when your system can’t keep up. And if we don’t actively rewire our response to stress, we risk getting stuck—where no amount of “self-care” or time off can fully restore us. That’s why we’re bringing you Burnout Rewire—a 3-part course designed to help you truly repair, reset, and rebuild. Hosted by Becks from Journey to Wellness, with special guest expert Francesca Young Kaufman—a coach, writer, and movement teacher trained in trauma-informed modalities, somatic healing, and yin yoga. Francesca is here to guide you on a 3 part live series you will NOT want to miss. What You’ll Learn: 🌿 Burnout Recovery (Part 1): In part one we look at the definition and causes of burnout, the physiological and mental symptoms, and how to put in the foundational building blocks for burnout recovery. 🧠 Burnout Repair (Part 2): We dive into the neuroscience to understand more about how our brains respond to stress, and how to work with cognitive tools to begin to rewire our thinking and reinstill self-care patterns. 💡 Burnout Resource (Part 3): Explore the impact a stressful environment can have on our window of tolerance, and go deeper into how our workplace relationships and context contribute to burnout. We conclude the course by exploring how to hold ourselves in a place of compassionate resilience
