Oh hi there, nice to e-meet you! I’m Rebekah Ballagh.
But you can call me Becks.
I like fluffy socks & hot water bottles, I *HATE* clothing tags & pants that have no give in the waistband, I sing to my cat ‘Toast’ way too often & I get sensory overload from the extractor fan (HSP life!)
I’m an 8 times best selling author, a counsellor, a business woman & mama to a beautiful wee girl, a somatic coach & nervous system regulation guide.
I've been doing this work for 15 years, and my approach is gentle but directional, compassionate, trauma-informed, science backed & brings together a wide range of modalities.
I’m hands-on, heart-centered, and here to walk alongside you on your journey.
Quirks & qualifications aside - I’m also someone who has overcome panic attacks, daily anxiety, depression (with a side of PND) and a decent smattering of imposter syndrome & self-doubt (yeahhhhh, we’ve got the tools inside for that too)
