Body Love - Somatic Workshop

In this interactive and immersive workshop you will be guided through some experiential practices to build self-compassion and body love.

We'll explore our perceptions of self and gently play with tools to re-wire our relationship with our body.

Some examples of the exercises we will work through:

- The Imaginary Mind-Mirror: We'll meet our bodies and our judgements where they are at - uncovering unconcious ideas 

- Body Talk: We build relationship with our body; we speak with it, and we learn to listen to it's message

- Integration work: we explore 'homework' tasks and set intentions to continue to improve our body image
