Your nervous system can get stuck in a stress response.
And your body can carry stored & stagnant emotions, unprocessed trauma, tension and habitual patterns of bracing & anxiety.
In this free mini-class:
I'll briefly explain the mind-body connection, how emotions can become stuck & then guide you through a simple 15 minute somatic practice to release anxiety, stress & tension.
Together we'll create space for expansion, embodiment, emotional processing and ease.
And you can apply this same method again and again in your own life.
What is somatic processing?
The language of your nervous system is through emotions, sensation and the body.
We'll use body-based practices, combined with some gentle cognitive re-wiring, to help you send signals of safety & ease from your body to your entire being.
By using the body we can bring the nervous system back into a state of calm.
Who is this class for?
Anyone who wants to learn a technique to release pent up trauma, stress, tension, anxiety & emotions from the body
Who is this class NOT for?
If you are experiencing a lot of active trauma triggers, feel you get very dysregulated & don't have the tools to cope with this
