- How Mindfulness helps us with difficult emotions
- Bite-sized techniques to weave into your day to: Manage Anxiety & Stress, Improve Mood, Concentration and Focus, Ground yourself in times of distress, disassociation and triggers
Includes Guided and experientail mindfulness and grounding exercises
