About the event

Taylor (Tay) Gendron is a holistic nutritionist, gut & hormonal health expert and yoga and meditation teacher who struggled for years with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and depression before discovering the vital role digestive health plays in mental health. Today she works to help support those looking to release their anxiety and drastically improve their mental health through the powerful combination of food, lifestyle changes, nutraceuticals, gut and hormonal health optimization, nervous system regulation, yoga, meditation, mindset and lifestyle coaching.

Tay has run an incredible masterclass for Journey to Wellness before all about gut health and nutirion (this is available in our members only library) and now she is back to bring us Happy Hormones!

Our hormones play a cruicial role in our mental health and wellbeing, and when they are out of balance we can suffer with mood swings, sleep issues, all kinds of somatic symptoms, anxiety, panic and depression among many other things.

In this guest expert webinar Tay is here to impart her wisdom so we can...

  • Learn about the 4 hormones that can heighten (and even create) anxiety, panic and depression - Thyroid, cortisol, progesterone and estrogen
  • Find out if these 4 hormones are out of alignment for you and playing a role in your mental health
  • Discover why adrenal health matters for mental health
  • Explore practical dietary and lifestyle strategies to bring these hormones back into balance
