Join Debbie Sumner for a nurturing 60-minute Slow Flow Yoga class, a gentle, breath-led practice designed to cultivate calm, presence, and connection, all from the comfort of your own space.
Slow Flow Yoga is a mindful, meditative style of yoga that moves at a deliberate pace, allowing time to explore each posture, deepen the breath, and truly listen to your body. This class combines intentional movement with conscious breathing to support a sense of grounding, inner balance, and overall well-being.
