Our Monthly Nourish classes are here to fill up your cup and nourish your body & soul.
We bring in guest experts every month to delight us with classes ranging from breath work, mindful & meditation to guided journaling, yoga & somatic practices - there's always variety and something to enrich your day.
This months Nourish class is: Psoas Rehydration
Led by the wonderful Francesca
In this gentle 45 minute somatic yoga class we will focus on the pelvic floor and psoas muscles to relieve tension and access deeper relaxation and mobility through the hips and low back.
