With Christmas looming & holidays on the horizon many of us are facing:

😫 Family gatherings that are sure to trigger off some stress & remind us how tricky it is to hold boundaries & use your voice around family

🥗 A lack of our normal routines and schedules that can throw off all our hard work with healthy habits

⚠️ Triggers: the stillness of being off work combined with the potential chaos, the sensory overload, the planning, the to-do lists....

📣 Nervous system dysregulation - sensory overload, and threat responses come to the forefront

So - rather than an 'ambulance at the bottom of the cliff' approach, why not set yourself up for the holiday season ahead with this workshop to help you:
