This months masterclass welcomes guest expert Ayurvedic Health Counsellor Carly Banks.
In this 2 hour workshop, we’ll dive into self exploration through the lens of Ayurveda, the 5,000 year-old science of life.
In the first hour participants will complete a personal assessment quiz to determine their “dosha” or primary constitution; providing them with a clear understanding of their inherent physical and mental characteristics, and a second assessment of their tendencies toward imbalance.
A general overview of each of the three doshas will be given, to support participant’s deeper understanding of the people in their lives.
During the second hour you will design your customized set of daily routines, engineered to support your specific imbalances.
Registrants will learn multiple ancient healing techniques to support your physiology, adapted for your busy modern life, in a way that is simple to implement.
