In this facilitator training you will learn how to guide your clients through a range of mindfulness and grounding exercises! You'll also learn all about the benefits of mindfulness and grounding as a practice, and be able to clearly share this with your clients to increase buy-in to some life-changing practices to help shift their position. The training Includes a mindfulness workbook resource to share with clients PLUS a beautiful colourful illustrated mindfulness card deck - full of 60 cards with bite-sized mindfulness practices that are easy to weave into any busy day. The cards will help aide and guide your work with clients, with solid and easy to implement practices to help ground and soothe, while teaching distress tolerance, grounding and breathing techniques. Training is partly experiential - you will be led through some of the course content yourself by Rebekah Ballagh, who will also guide and instruct on how to deliver the materials. This package covers the training of up to 5 clinicians. You can book this as a sole practitioner or as an organisation for up to 5 of your mental health staff. You can add extra staff to the training for $30 nzd each. (This extra payment can be arranged with Rebekah after booking). Suitable for trained/qualified counsellors, coaches, therapists, social workers, OTs and mental health workers. Also suitable for those in-training for these professions to add to their toolkits for use when qualified.
