About the event

Our guest expert this month is Jessica Giljam-Brown!

Jess is a qualified nutritionist and medical herbalist (BSc Human Nutrition, PgDip Herb Med), author and speaker. She has a passion for women's health and fertility. With over 10 years of experience in the world of women's health she knows that it is the basic, boring, everyday habits that have the biggest impact on your health. She is passionate about educating people about how their body works so that they can make informed decisions about their health and how they feed and care for themselves.

Join Jessica for a 90-minute webinar to help you figure out how to feed yourself, easily. There is a lot of noise about what diet is best, what foods to avoid, and which superfoods to eat.

Jessica believes that everyone should have the education about food and nutrition to make great choices for themselves based on science, not fads.

You deserve to feel full, satisfied and nourished. You deserve to eat food that you enjoy, and do so without guilt.

Jessica will help you to make choices about food based on what you enjoy, what makes you feel good and what your body needs.

You will leave with an understanding of:

• How to figure out how much fat, protein and carbohydrate you need to function well

• How to optimize your fibre intake to support gut health and keep you full

• How to increase energy and support hormonal health with blood sugar regulation

• How to prevent key deficiencies through improved dietary intake

• How to make quick meals + lots of take home resources to help you do this

• How to manage hunger

• How to meal plan, shop and cook in a way that saves time and money

• Which supplements might be needed for you and how to test this through your GP

The webinar will finish with a Q+A session, you can anonymously ask your burning questions or send them in before-hand.
