About the Masterclass:

Most chronic pain can be resolved with a mind-body approach. Why? Because the mind and body are completely intertwined. What’s happening in one, will affect the other.

What most people don’t realize is that not all pain is created equal. Some pain is caused from structural injuries or abnormalities (think broken bones, etc.) while other pain is caused neurologically by the brain. Regardless of the cause, all pain is very real, but the solution to healing neurologically-caused pain is vastly different than healing structurally-caused pain.

In this class, Katie will help you to understand the role of the mind in both the cause and solution to neurologically-caused pain. By the end of this class, you will understand:

  • The difference between structurally-caused and neurologically-caused pain
  • Why we feel pain when there is no structural injury
  • Several ways to identify if your pain is neurologically-caused
  • A clinically proven approach to healing chronic pain with the mind
