When we put pen to paper we access a different area of our brain than we do when we simply think or talk about something.
Through journaling we can unlock insights, tap into our subconscious and problem solve in ways we can't normally.
Writing is a wonderful way to unpack your fear and limitations and to explore your goals, strengths and dreams while discovering things you didn't even know about yourself along the way.
Journaling can feel intimidating though - we get caught in our minds worrying about it being neat, readable, poetic, spelled correctly... we get in our own way.
