In this programme you will discover a range of breath work & pranayama practices, rooted in science, to reduce anxiety & stress, regulate your nervous system, improve your health & sleep and ground into your body and the life force that is your breath.

Why breath work?

Your breath is your direct access point to your autonomic nervous system.

 

Breath practices are often grossly underrated and appreciated - we dismiss that something as simple as our breath can have such a deeply profound effect on our physical and mental wellbeing.

In this course you will learn...

  • how to assess your breathing rate and Co2 tolerance 

  • how to retrain your diaphragm for full functional breathing 

  • a range of breathing practices to help you activate your parasympathetic nervous system

  • breath tools you can use to uplift you and increase energy and focus

Inside you'll find over 15 trauma informed, gentle, nurturing and self-paced breath practices.


Most of the practices are less than 10 minutes long, so they make the perfect daily addition to your wellbeing toolkit.
